Feedback on New Event Card Rendering and Display Issues in Channel

event rendering update looks like events now show in channel as a card. i preferred when it rendered as a slack message / blockkit message. as a result, it cuts off the event title (if applicable) and the card is very narrow which leaves a lot of white space to the right of the card, in channel. feels awkward. thanks for listening!

A bug that the ... isn't showing. We're filing that with the Slack team
2.
An option for us to make the cards "full width" in Slack versus this compact version.
My question to you:
Are there ever scenarios where you'd want the compact card? Or would you prefer the large card for all of them?

appreciate this, thanks, zach! i love how it was before. cant see a reason (at least not yet!) for the card design. but ofc open to ideas/inspo if i can leverage in a new/diff way. feels more natural for it to be rendering how it was before, though

Thoughts on the one on the bottom? Is that still meh for you?

still meh for me; i realize that there was white space before too, so thats not majorly the issue with the bottom one. i also liked the top of the post and how it showed before as well

Okay good feedback. I will add, one other reason we did it was to standardize on App Home since Cards can exist in Carousels Here's yours btw if you haven't seen Member Home recently!
