Remove Auto-Synced Posts on Companion Site Without Deleting in Slack

Is there a way to remove a post that's automatically synced to the companion site, but not remove it from Slack? My use case is that we have a few members that don't thread their replies in our product feedback channel, and so it shows up as a separate post on the companion site. I don't want to remove their post on Slack because I feel like that seems a bit stickler-y. Not a big deal but would make the companion site look much cleaner imo
