How to Manage Registration Tracking and Engagement for Event Reminders and Recaps Using Luma and Tightknit

Event Ideas: • If we use Luma for the "Register" button, is there a good way to easily de-dupe the list from people who registered only on Luma, only clicked the button on Tightknit, & did both? • (Clicked "Register" to open Luma AND completed the form) • Is there any way to see who viewed the pre-event reminder & post-event recap? How do we see if these are helpful vs. spammy, and decide if we want to keep them on or shut them off? • I would love to see some info about Registrants in the "Participants" tab in Studio -- • Slack Join date • Activity level • (somehow? I can't figure out what info would be most helpful from Analytics, but maybe Activity Count from past...1 month? Basically I want to sort the registrants by activity so I can see who is the most/least engaged among the RSVPs)

In theory once we allow you to integrate a Luma event to a Tightknit event (planned!) this should de-dupe people on the list. There isn't anything today though sadly.

This is in Slack ya? Unfortunately Slack doesn't give us those details. Erin S. had some good success with reminders recently. Maybe she can speak to them.

Stephen C. I think we could add the Join Date right? We might need an * on the members where they were added BEFORE Tightknit was in the workspace. I don't believe there is a true join date in Slack if I recall As for Activity level, this seems reasonable. We'll need to give this some design thinking because I agree there are a bunch of options for activities. Linear Asks make a new ticket with all of these for us to break down

re: Tracking recap views If it requires a button click to reach something in Slack, then we can track it. So in theory we could track who clicks the recap recording link. But not the reminder or the recap description alone, because that's just in the body of the message.

Not sure on the reminders - but for the see who registered in Luma vs Tightknit, I would try the MCP. Upload your Luma registrants into ChatGPT / Claude (wherevere you have Tightknit MCP set up) & as the MCP to cross-reference it with the registrants in the Tightknit event
