Questions About Badge Management and Profile Photo Frames

I have a couple questions about badges: 1. Are you currently able to manually revoke a badge? Or is it possible by removing someone from a Group that is associated with a badge? (ie, if we have a facilitator badge, and someone stops being a facilitator, will their badge be removed?) 2. If I set up the profile photo frame for a badge but change the file later, can members re-generate their frame? It's not letting me do that when I'm testing it on my own account.
