Event Publishing Error Resolved by Refreshing Slack – Recent Issues and Workarounds

event publishing error / fixed with slack refresh ive been noticing this recently when hitting the last step of "publish" for events. ive been hard refreshing slack, going back into tightknit in slack > events > dropdown >drafts > dropdown > publish event to get it published ultimately. started noticing maybe a couple days ago. appears to persist. any issues on the backend? is it me? is slack being silly and goofy?
