the analytics open studio is so cool! do you know why i can't see "last active" for members? i can see their join date and i'm seeing that activity is tracked on other parts of the tool

Hey Jocelyn! Thanks for reporting! Looks like there's a bug right now where the column isn't getting populated unless you apply sorting. We'll get in a fix asap! In the meantime, the values show up correctly if you apply a sorting to the column.

heads up that linear said it's done but it still doesn't work! (just checked and tried to sort too and that also didn't add data to last active column)

The fix will be going out in the next release on Tuesday! Sorry about that, linear like to jump the gun. We need to figure out a way to improve that...

YAY i see dates! okay so there's still lots of folks with no data there. is it because they're 1) deactivated members (we have lots of those because of our 90 day activity policy) or 2) they joined and haven't done anything?

also, tried to find this info in documentation but couldn't: what does "last active" look at? for example, my own date says oct 31 but you know your girl's been active in TCC today. (i checked like 2 other people and it shows their date as today!)

oh hm, maybe i was in a channel we haven't actively added tightknit to?

Yes, it's very possible that is the case. It's also worth noting that activity is only counted in channels that Tightknit has been activated in.

i think we had only added it to the ones we created the forum feed to and never went back to activate the rest lol
