Pushing Bot Messages to Companion Site: A Guide for Intercom Users

How do I push bot messages to the companion site? I'm testing Intercom's Fin in Slack and noticed it doesn't show up on our site.

Hey Amanda R., you can allow bots to sync to the site through the Allowed Bot Profiles setting. https://docs.tightknit.ai/companion-site/profiles/allowed-bots#allowed-bot-profiles
