Monthly Awards for Top Responders in Community Engagement

For gamification and leaderboards, a huge unlock for me would be to see who is best at replying to posts. I would love to be able to give out actual awards each month for the community members who are the most helpful basically. Example — I want to award the person who replied to the most posts in the #content-strategy channel.

Great idea. I could see a lot of our enterprise customers splitting up the awards based on customers vs teammates. Now, a few Qs:
would you care more about how many replies they make per unique post?
Or is it more for overall post?
If there was the ability to mark a question as "best answer" or "most helpful", would that be even better? Would you want to do this manually or with AI?
Sorry about all the Qs but it aligns with some other work we are exploring

Ideally, it would be how many posts they replied to, rather than how many reply posts they have. Would be cool to have a best answer with AI for sure. The general thing I'm trying to do is identify who is being most helpful in that channel. There are several ways to do that.
