Great idea. I could see a lot of our enterprise customers splitting up the awards based on customers vs teammates.
Now, a few Qs:
would you care more about how many replies they make per unique post?
Or is it more for overall post?
If there was the ability to mark a question as "best answer" or "most helpful", would that be even better? Would you want to do this manually or with AI?
