How to Automate New Users Joining All Slack Channels Including One Excluded Channel in Tightknit?

Hi, I have set up tightknit on my slack community and has been working great so far but I have a problem where new users automatically join all channels except one. How do I automate that too?

Hey Ema P.! This is a setting in Slack itself. If you go to Admin > Workspace settings, you should see a section for Default Channels. You can set the list of channels that all new members are added to when they join. More info: https://slack.com/help/articles/201898998-Set-default-channels-for-new-members
