Hey Taylor! Journeys on the member side of things look like the screenshot attached here.
They will show up in the "Home" tab of the Tightknit app in Slack for members of your community for them to view and send them messages as they achieve each milestone.
(You can see what this looks like as a member of the Tightknit community actually - go to the Tightknit app in this Slack workshop, and click on the Home tab, then scroll to see the Journey's section, or start achieving one of our Journeys here to see what the notifications look like)
There are a few ways you can make sure they're seeing the progress/what they need to do for a journey right away:

Add an instruction to lead them to complete the first step in your automated welcome message (i.e "Make sure to introduce yourself in Intros to start your Onboarding journey!"
- 2.
Ensure the first step is the milestone of 'joining the workspace'. This means they'll have achieved the first step as soon as they sign up for the community and will get a message telling them they are working towards completing it right away
