How to Properly Activate Tightknit in Your Slack Channel for Full Activity Feed Integration

Hi there, I thought I added Tightknit to a channel I created a few months back. Then, noticed a few weeks ago the app wasn't there. So, I went through the activation process. Now, I'm seeing the app in the channel, but it's not showing up as an activated feed. Is there something I missed in the setup process and how do I get all the activity in the channel into Tightknit, so it's showing up in our metrics? For context, I don't want it on the companion site but do need to make sure it's populating in the metrics.
