New Members Not Clocking In Properly on Tightknit App – Seeking Tips and Solutions

Not all of our new members are being clocked in the Tightknit app, and I can't figure out the pattern! 👀 Any tips?

(It's been 3 members of the last 10. I did also just reinstall Tightknit as I noticed I didn't have the latest version!)
