How to Change the Default Avatar for a Slack Chatbot App in Community

hello, in our community we have one of our Apps connected that functions as a chatbot in the chat. It has the default turquoise slack avatar. Is there a way for us to change this and update it?

as you can see, its the bot that answers questions in its own channel about how to use it, lol. So it would be cool if we can brand it. I went into the App profile, but can’t find anything.

well i’m not sure. Is this more of a slack thing. But it pushes the same icon to the companion website

If you click on the bot's name, a side panel will open, then click the menu button and select Configuration. Can you share what you see / what page it brings you to?

nothing in here that i can edit. There is a name of our developer so i might reach out to them

Yeah looks like it's a custom-built app that your company owns. I would contact your developer and tell them to update the app icon. They can update that by going to the App settings > Basic Information > Display Information.
