Troubleshooting Tightknit Badge Frame Not Updating with Slack Image

Hey all happy Friday! I'm testing/setting up a Tightknit Badge and tried to generate a frame for my profile but it's not picking up my slack profile image properly and the background is white with the frame overlay. It's worked before when i tested out a different badge (did not update my Slack profile photo that the previous badge frame)

Hi Ash R. if you're using Canva, try exporting the image with a transparent background. You can find templates for badges and awards on our docs too: https://docs.tightknit.ai/branding
