Welcome Jillian: Exploring Community Design and Career Growth

I feel like I should have been part of this community a loooong time ago, but somehow just kept missing it. Anyways, here now. 👋 Hi. I'm Jillian. Located in NH, US. I'm a community nerd who probably spends too much time thinking about the weird intersection of community design, physical architecture, and human psychology. So much time in fact, I just presented at Community Led in London about it and will be doing it again in Toronto end of October! I'm currently in front of Calendly Community but admittedly on the lookout for the next chapter of my career because my brain desires a bigger challenge. Looking for a director/head/program owner who likes big messy challenges and architecting masterpieces that last? I am your nerdy gal. Outside of work, I'm a mountain biker, trail ultramarathoner, snowboarder, skier, and working on my WSET certifications (wine) and learning French. Also have a big goofy husky named Newton who knows he is the center of my world.
