Introduction from Tightknit's New Technical Customer Success Lead Based in Toronto

hi everyone!! You may have already seen my name float by in the announcement channel today, but I wanted to do a proper intro here as well! I'm joining as Tightknit's new Technical Customer Success Lead, coming off two years as Head of Product & Community at Toast (trytoast.ca), a space I genuinely loved because it sits right in the middle of tech and making sure women belong in it. I was volunteering with them for a year before that too, so community-first thinking is pretty baked into me at this point. :) That tracks back years, I've been a joiner and a community builder forever. Clubs, hackathon organizing teams, you name it. More recently in Toronto 🇨🇦 I've been volunteering with Supercollider (supercollider.ca) and TechTank (techtankto.com), two orgs doing great work bringing the broader tech community together in the city. Speaking of, I'm based in Toronto, and would love to grab coffee with any fellow TO folks.
