Hey all! We're getting ready to launch v2 of our community here at Relevance AI - we're moving from Circle to Tightknit, and changing our focus in the Community. I started it as a side project while running our support team and wanted the Community to primarily support PLG customers with peer to peer support, as well as run webinars for all.
Now, we're shifting gears to focus on post-sales, having our Community still have those focuses but as a secondary focus, and have a new private space for our Enterprise customers to discuss how they're building on our platform, becoming AI first, changing their organisation, etc. in a safe private space.
Has anyone else made the change to Tightknit recently? If so, how did it go, what did you learn, and how did you communicate the move to a new platform?
Also, does anyone have any experience running a private space within their community for their VIPs, if so, do you have any advice on how to run it alongside your other spaces?
