This is definitely useful, though we do already have an automation set up to send their Slack ID to our CRM when a member joins the Slack workspace (which for us is the same thing as joining Tightknit). We use this to trigger additional onboarding emails, follow-up reminders for our team, etc. It's really useful to add that information to our CRM so we can send onboarding comms based on whether or not they've joined Slack yet. My two cents would be to make sure the member's Slack ID would be included in the information sent to the webhook.

Dave B. We utilize Tightknit within Slack to gate registration/attendance via a Zapier automation. Is something like that what you're interested in? I'm curious what type of event solution you're referring to otherwise!

Yes, we want to award badges and then when they get all three badges, it stacks to another more notable badge.

We have badges for actions that are not related to Slack (ie, not posts/comments/reactions). We'd love to be able to do something like once you collect these three badges you get this OTHER badge indicating you're at a higher level.

Zach H. Could you point me to their journeys modal? Does this only apply to journeys specifically and not badges? Would love to be able to stack badges into a journey.
