Hello! I’m working on building out a proper content calendar for our community. I'd love to hear from others on your process. My plan is a minimum of 1-3 posts a week per channel and to alternate between: 1. Engagement 2. Value 3. Promos/Other And for the content to vary between;

We have a few a channels that we regularly post in and have a process to take in requests for posts in the community.

So, I actually just started to do one post a week this month that ties into a product event happening but it's not heavily promoting it's a mix of polls, texts, early preview, that ties into the theme. Then we sprinkled in a couple of fun social days world back up day and earth day. I also outsourced an SME for finance so they're going to be sharing content weekly and telling me what's relevant industry wise to highlight. I also met with a customer and used a snowflake agent to find a very specific best practice from all their call history and drafted the post and had the customer share it. I forgot about the ratio I wanted to set out but I think we are finding a nice balance. Engagement is still so bad though. 🫠
