π§ Studio's New Sidebar
We've done some spring cleaning and given the Studio sidebar a friendly refresh β¨. Everything is now grouped into four clear sections (Community, Content, Developer, and Workspace), so you can find what you need at a glance instead of digging through nested Settings menus. We've got flyout submenus that don't shuffle the rest of the sidebar around, and a built-in Cmd+K search lets you jump straight to any page.

π¨ Brand Your Companion Site Navigation Menu
Four new branding tokens now let you theme the companion site navigation sidebar colors independently from the page body:
Navigation sidebar background
Navigation sidebar text
Navigation sidebar active-item background
Navigation sidebar active-item text
Also check out the new branding editor preview experience in the Studio!

π οΈ Improvements and Fixes Companion Forums Site
Body text required for site posts - Posts now require body content. Title-only submissions return a validation error so members don't accidentally publish empty threads.
Mentions resolve in Slack-sourced bot posts - Bot-authored posts now show resolved @displayname and #channel-name on the forum instead of raw <@U..> and <#C..> directives when using verbatim.
Neutral fallback avatar for forums sync users - Forum sync messages from site-only users with no profile picture now display a neutral silhouette instead of the community icon, so it's clear they didn't originate in Slack.
Studio
Activities and Discussions column sorting - Both tables can be sorted by every column header.
Members page search icon alignment - Fixed alignment of the search icon in the Members quick-search box.
Slack
Site post headings render as Slack headings - When site posts and comments sync to Slack, H1 through H6 levels now render as native Slack variable-sized headers instead of being collapsed to a single flat header style.
Export poll responses as CSV - Admins can now download a CSV of any poll's responses (display name, email, Slack profile ID, and selected option) from the poll's responses page.
Event description is now optional - Community events can be created without a description, so you can schedule a series upfront and fill in details later.
Misc
Video embed autoload is a per-site enterprise setting - Customers on the Enterprise plan can now configure whether video embeds (YouTube, Loom, and others) autoload when the companion site is rendered. This is useful when user consent is required for third-party sources.
