I wish there was a way to share a public Tightknit Studio dashboard with my company – right now my workaround is building a Claude artifact with the data in Tightknit
Use case: I want to share community health metrics with my broader company more easily
I wish I could get more granular with the "Total discussions" number – for example, how many of those discussions were from unique members?
Use case: Would just be cool to understand true engagement versus the same person posting over and over
Similar feedback with Rising stars – how many of those members returned to the community?
Use case: I have a few re-engagement strategies I'm trying and it would be cool to easily track how these tactics are working
Linear Asks Create another feedback request associated with Gamma as a customer for allowing users to drill down further into total discussions (for example, to see how many of those discussions involved unique users), which helps address the question around if they're getting unique engagement or all from the same person

Amanda R. curious how long you'd say someone would need to be inactive before being tracked as disengaged and then re-engaged?
Natasha K. Yeah good question! I'd say after 90 days they're "disengaged". That's how I track things currently at least.
Linear Asks create a ticket to be able to allow users to have more insights into rising stars (for example, how many or which of them were disengaged members previously?)

Hey Shriya N. and Amanda R. quick follow up q's about sharing community metrics with your companies: We do have the ability to add admins and assign them Studio Analytics viewing only. Just go into Studio > Settings > Admin > Choose the user you want to allow to see the metrics > Edit roles > check Studio Analytics View only Does this solve anything for you or do you want them to be able to view it without logging into Studio? And if that's the case do you want the dashboard embedding into some internal system or through a unique url? We just want to make sure that the data doesn't get exposed to people it shouldnt be exposed to
Natasha K. Thanks so much for following up! This does sort of solve my problem – but do we have a limit on the number of admins we can add? Ideally I'd like to be able to share the dashboard without them logging into Studio (like a "view only" file). I could see myself using the dashboard in a few ways – I'd either embed it into Gamma or just have a unique URL that people could access. Both would be solid options.
Just one thing to say, in my experience sharing dashboards/numbers is good for operational metrics, and for smaller brands where the team knows regularly what's going on and they're in sync. In larger companies as things get siloed I wouldn't want direct access to dashboards, because I want to tell a story around the data and what it is saying. Perfectly fine to challenge my perspective on the data in a discussion of course (!), but if you aren't there and some group/team looks at the numbers, interprets them and a story emerges that you might not be aware of, that can cause issues.
