Here's the setup developed over the past week:

1.
a tracking system for violations, which includes date - person - screenshots - their slack and/or clay workspace user ID - internal teammate or other community member they behaved poorly towards - what we did & when
2.
an escalation framework to categorize the levels of transgressions and what we do to handle issues at each level
3.
an internal slack channel for anyone at the company to report any issues to me

will turn into a form in the future once we have a system that's more integrated with our product and slack

next i'm working on formal guidelines that work across all communities/programs/products

Carrie M. I am DEFINITELY leaning on the new-ness. It already helped; yesterday I met a member who vented to me and whined about us (wayyyy too much), today he sends a spammy email CC'ing 10 teammates include the executives. I got to "play innocent" to his face, yet behind the scenes I'm tracking these transgressions.
Yes, there's been no formal process which is why I want to add one! We also have a large team and many people who interface with customers in very different ways, so thusfar people wouldn't realize that 3 diff teammates would be having a bad experience with the same customer but in different parts of the org (for example, irl events, online education courses, and support).

How to Set Up Tightknit's Static Slack Invite Link and Member Tracking Features?

Claude just told me that Tightknit can ensure our Slack join invite link doesn't expire after 400 sign-ups 👀 "Tightknit actually offers a feature that helps solve some of these problems — they give you a static URL, track new invites, and warn you when you're at 300, 350, and 400 new members." I'm having trouble finding this feature, where do I look / how do I set it up?
