This is definitely useful, though we do already have an automation set up to send their Slack ID to our CRM when a member joins the Slack workspace (which for us is the same thing as joining Tightknit). We use this to trigger additional onboarding emails, follow-up reminders for our team, etc. It's really useful to add that information to our CRM so we can send onboarding comms based on whether or not they've joined Slack yet. My two cents would be to make sure the member's Slack ID would be included in the information sent to the webhook.
