💡product idea: custom tracking/metrics
Problem: We need to track unique metrics like number of questions answered in our community which saves the company money because a support ticket or email to CSM didn’t happen.
Proposed solution: allow the option to use a custom emoji where it adds to the TightKnit studio based on the options we select.
For example, I plan to set this up and have it tracked in a spreadsheet but ideally we have everything being tracked in TightKnit instead of some things there and others in a spreadsheet and slack etc.
