Adding Personalization to Onboarding Messages with First Name Variable

Is there a way to add a first name variable to onboarding messages? If not, I wish I could do that to make them a little more personable.

Thanks for the feedback, Amanda R.! It is on our roadmap to support a special set of macros/directives like {{first_name}} . Are there any other variables that would be important to you?

Marcie W., just curious if you’d be okay with the company only occurring when a customer signs up with a work email. If they signed up with a gmail, we’d have to have a fallback.

i think that would be fine! company is also not a "must" like first name is
