Proposal for Badges: Rewarding Lurkers with Engagement Recognition

Just passing along an ask from one of our members: could set up a badge for lurkers. Like "Read 100 posts, get a badge".

That would be an awesome badge and I can only imagine the designs that would ensue — ours would obviously be “Secret Otter Agent”

Would this be on the site or in Slack? Because we could do this on the site one day!

Hmmmm, It would hopefully be on Slack... But it could help drive to the companion site... 🤔

It would actually HAVE to be on Slack since we can’t “watch 👀” people as they go through Slack — Slack doesn’t like or allow that kind of monitoring.
