Issue with Generating Profile Picture Using Award Frame Feature

Not sure if I'm going something wrong, but I don't see the option to generate a profile pic with the award frame when testing it on myself? From the help doc it looks like this should be an option at the bottom of the award message, but maybe it moved?

It’s likely that there is no badge or profile frame on the award you’re giving. Be sure to check that there are images in the award when you edit https://docs.tightknit.ai/gamification/awards#create-a-new-award

Oh that could be it! For the frame to populate, does there need to be a badge uploaded as well? I only uploaded a frame for this one.

Ah Yes there does. However, I think that’s a usability issue we should probably fix. I’ll make a ticket.

But yes adding a badge image should unblock you for now!
