Journey Analytics Update: Enhancing Completion Rate Insights and Progress Tracking

journey analytics: completion rate first of all, love this new update! great feature. i think what would be interesting is showcasing progress overall, rather than just completion of said journey. could help tell a better story. and perhaps even spark some inspo for new ways of engaging members bc we can see that collective progress of the channel's members. but overall, well done on this. big step forward!

Just to spark some ideas Jacob G.. How would you like to visualize "progress" within a journey? Are you thinking at the individual level or at the community level?

i actually dont mind the progress bars that are there now, but having an "In progress by milestone" section. perhaps a hover givers us the members who fall into that bucket. Im trying to thinking about having a reason to talk about it, and by seeing progress overall + at the member level, it gives admins something to speak to in day to day happenings in the channel

Oh of course! You want to see:
Which individuals have actually completed the milestones (maybe a filter on the list of members would be ideal!)
Also see which members have NOT completed a milestone

yes! granularity is best; to see user X has 1 step left, we can encourage behavior to complete the journey as a result

That mockup is awesome. I would definitely use the filters and sorting on the bottom table!
