Improving Feedback Filters and Activity Scoring for Rising, Falling, and Most Active Stars

·Sep 09, 2026 03:41 PM(edited)·

Some Rising Star, Falling Star, and Most Active feedback from Colton B. & I 😄

Filter out certain feeds (ex. I want to exclude our Support channel)
Filter out by activity type (ex. Colton wants to differentiate discussion vs. replies vs. reactions)

And/or weight these with a point system -- ex. 5 points for discussion, 3 points for reply, 1 point for reaction

See more than top 10 people (Sort the entire member directory list by Rising / Falling)

Omg I'm so happy you two chatted hahaha 🤩 I knew some good feedback would come out of this hehe We have tickets for 2 & 3 already so I'll make sure you're both linked to those and then I think 1 is net new so I'll make a new backlog item for that one!! Appreciate you both so much!!

Hey Shriya N. for filtering out specific feeds, would it help if we were to add rising/falling stars into the feed analytics page as a start?

I think it was more like the inverse; filter or add sets of feeds from the Studio page -- that way you can see that info for multiple feeds combined

Ok this is cool. I still think including/excluding channels from the core Analytics would be more actionable for me, and this single-feed analytics would still be possible within that, too.
