Request to Rearrange Community Top Right Panel for Better Alignment and Usability

1. Our CTO delivered design feedback for our community 2. I met with our designer and gathered lots of feedback. I have one request for now: • Can we re arrange the top right panel so it lines up with the header image? Maybe by moving the follow and explore buttons below so they're aligned with the "newest" and display settings? I would wager those buttons aren't used by many folks.
