So you could set it up where it's 1 year, 2 years, etc post-joining the workspace?

To award members via a journey with a milestone based on an event (aka joining the workspace) and using the date of the event.

Ya we would need some sort of "qualifier" rather than milestone. "Start Date greater than X"
