How to Export Award Recipients and History as a CSV for Better Permission Management

Exporting awards given (and to who) as a csv basically, that! would be nice to see that history and have context, esp when we assign groups the perms of giving awards (helps avoid duplication)

Oh especially like the context with groups too to avoid dupes. Feel like Alyssa J. would also use this as well
