Engaging Customers: Update on Product Improvements They Influenced
💡Update Customers On Product Improvements They Influenced TLDR: Who else would find value in a chatbot or AI tool that updates clients when a new release, product feature, or new product/tool was created that they influenced? This is a challenge I've personally experienced/seen at every SaaS company. A customer provides input with a product idea or feedback via beta testing, but they don't usually know if or when their feedback was applied. With the future of custom bots via TightKnit, this could be a unique challenge to solve. Perhaps, this is a chatbot feature that could be made in the customer community that checks recent release notes and newsletters, then cross references posts/threads on any input shared that was implemented. Then, update them via a reply on the thread or DM. (bonus feature would be to also cross reference feedback from user interviews) Just wanted to throw this out here as I think a lot of folks would find value in this! Would love to have others share their thoughts on this idea and if it would benefit you.
