Add Customizable Channel Description Separate from Slack for Web Community Feed

Add the ability to customize the channel description/topic on the web feed VS what's shown in Slack In our product feedback channel in Slack, we have a workflow that's initiated by someone typing /submit and then a modal window opens up where they can fill out some info we need. I have this in the channel description but it doesn't really make sense on the web community as it's a Slack-only workflow. It would be great if I could customize this on the web side.
