Some of these points actually helped me with a discussion I was having today about feedback groups in our community and how we can set some guardrails and expectations with the team. Also really insightful to hear how you're putting ownership on PMs to help close the loop with customers. Our product team keeps getting on the GTM teams for not closing the loop with customers and I think we need to approach this a little differently based on your feedback here. Thank you!!
Some of the reports on the overview page won't make sense if a filter is added there (top channels, time to first response, response rate) so I wonder if some sort of channel page makes more sense?
Hey hey! We're playing around with some gamification options in Slack and it would be helpful if we could filter the analytics so we can see a leaderboard/engagement metrics that are specific to a certain Slack channel.
Small nit! It would be helpful if we could differentiate the Header Text Color in the website header VS the headlines for each post. White would be ideal in my header but then it looks weird in the main page content. Grey works for the post headers but looks a bit weird in the website header. I ended up going back to a white website header but admittedly it looks a bit bland
