Slack Connect x Tightknit analytics hello! would love to hear more about how slack connect channels 'talk to' tightknit analytics. so for example, we have some pre-existing advocacy program channels with some top advocates/vips. we want those channels to be in our future community workspace (perhaps via slack connect). putting the 250 org limit aside for now, what should i know about how slack connect channels do/do not impact our analytics dashboard? thanks to whoever wants to jump in and offer a pov!
I haven't donβt this yet, but Iβd love to learn. We have one CSM with higher touch / ARR customers that made slack connects in our insiders group for a few of her customers. I am not in them and have just left them be for now, but it would be nice to add to our analytics since we are hosting the space.π€

Jacob G. great question but generally we don't recommend Slack Connect. The issue is some organizations don't allow sharing emails over Slack Connect, which means we can't properly link the customer to the rest of the platform (no emails, no sfdc integration, no login). We do support them as "secondary members" but they won't have access to Tightknit as a member of the community
