Customizing Bot Name Presentation in Profiles

For bot profiles, I know we can change the icon, but is there a way to change how the bot name is presented as well? For example, instead of Thena, I want to show “Mixpanel”:

I'll create a ticket for it! Eric N. I suspect you're looking for individual bot-level customization here, right? Override the name for Thena but not for kapa?

Hey similar to this, we use Zapier for a few automations and Zapier allows you to push in the name / image based on the zap ... It'd be cool if that information carried over to the public site instead of the default. Also, (maybe im missing it) but, unfurling the video on public site would be great as well!

Jeremy G. That is a fantastic point. If we have a way to respect the name/icon override from other apps, it sounds like that would be the ideal solution here. Eric N. would you want to preserve name of the agent replying through Thena?

That would be nice, but not necessary. Ideally, we have multiple support engineers replying through Thena, but we want folks to see it is us who is replying and not a bot.
