Hi all: Is there any documentation avail for the Salesforce connector? Couldn't find anything in the docs. Working on prepping our business systems folks to implement the connector. thanks!
We don't have these documents public yet but I can DM you as well as publicly state how it will work:
New Object for Community Activity
This object will be tied to the customer Contact record
From here, the possibilities are endless across Reporting, Triggers, Salesforce Flows, and even Agentforce

I don't believe they'll need access but that's actually a good point that I don't think we fully ran through. Stephen C. to login to Salesforce, does the user need to do that from Studio or from the Salesforce app? But yes please add them to the working channel in the meantime.
Stephen C. we might want to introduce a new role who called GTM Systems or IT who only has access to the integrations pages. I'll make a ticket for the future.
