How Event Reminders Work with Luma Registration and Slack DM Testing Options

Hey all, I'm looking through the docs and here in Slack and can't figure this out -- How do I know what the event reminders will look like? Can I test them? If I used Luma for registration, will they still get a Slack DM reminder, or no?

Shriya N. good callout, we don't have the ability to test today. I've added it to our backlog. In the meantime, you could create an unlisted event and register youself for it, to test out notifications (MCP could spin that up quickly!).

As long as you enabled the registration button, Tightknit will track users that click the button as potential registrants (even if it is linked to an external site like Luma). If you enabled Event reminder notifications, Tightknit will remind anyone who clicked the button.

Oh dang, I just realized I shared the direct Luma link in my promo post out of habit 🤦🏽‍♀️ Is there a way I can add those people to the Tightknit "registrants" list now? We have 10 RSVPs
