how to i manage my content on the companion site? "Admin Experimental" doesnt open for me when i click it, I am looking to have my feed not show general chat

By "not show general chat", do you mean you want to pick and choose which items are synced over to the site? If so, you want to uncheck the auto-sync messages checkbox in the Feed Settings. Then you can use the "Post to Site" message shortcut on each individual message you want to sync over.

P.S. The "Admin Experimental" shortcut is not related to this feature, but if you do want to use it, it appears as an ephemeral reply within the thread.
