Issue with Tightknit Analytics: Channels Missing in Response Time Block

Hey folks! Quick question. When my Tightknit analytics are filtered to include "only my team" many of the channels aren't loading in the "time to first response" block. And several channels are missing from the block when I have no filtering. Any idea what causes these show up or not?

Hey Beth, here's the criteria for which channels appear:
To appear in the list, the channel must have at least 1 top-level post within the selected timeframe, and sent by the filtered employee/non-employee group (if applicable)
To have TTFR data displayed, the channel must have at least 1 reply to the post within the selected timeframe, and sent by the filtered group (if applicable). Otherwise, it displays -.
I'll put it in our TODOs to definitely make this more transparent to the end user.

Ahhh okay, that makes sense because the employees would be responding to many of the post but not creating the top-level posts. That adds up
