Clarifying Statuses and Message Storage Settings in Slack Channels and Studio Site Access

Hey team, I am once again asking about the statuses as I wade through our zillions of channels 🫠

Do Active and Archived correspond to the Slack channel status? Or to Tightknit's status within that channel?
How did this Unlisted status show up? I found it in an old channel and I can't figure out how to change its status within Studio

Message Storage - Enabled - means all the messages are saved for our own analytics/tracking, but as long as Site access is Disabled, no posts can be found publicly online, right? (Even with direct links)
If Site access is Enabled but In Navigation is off, posts can be found by anyone, but only through direct search, correct?

In general, if In Navigation is off, there is no "easy" way for someone to find a post from the site, right? (It has to somehow pop up exactly via SEO/AEO)

Okay let me see if I can work through each one! And now that I'm looking at the Studio we definitely owe an "info tip" at the minimum that would be helpful here. Especially status so vague
Active and Archived references the Feed not the Slack channel
Unlisted I marked in the below image. We owe a UX cleanup for that one.
You're correct on your bullet 2 - If site access is disabled, no one can see it
Yes to bullet point 3 as well. You're spot on with the analysis there. It's hard to find if not on the left nav.

Hm so if Disabled - not on the site is selected, then Unlisted doesn't show up as an option. But now I'm confused because that description of what Unlisted means is what I thought Disabled - not on the site meant 🫣 Ah, I see. Just that one exception of "direct link".
