Hey! I switched over our onboarding message to TightKnit, but it doesn't look like it's working. For the new members yesterday, they did get a message from a different system we were using but it doesn't look like the TightKnit one went through? Which isn't necessarily a bad thing, I'd prefer for them to not get two onboarding DMs. However, I would think they should technically have also gotten the tightknit one this morning since it's been a day since they joined? What's the best way for me to troubleshoot this to make sure the new members get the onboarding DM?

Yes, I had a 1 day delay. Stephen C.. We have an onboarding workflow in slack, so I want my message to go to them the day after
Update here: It appears there is an issue with our workflows provider, causing the onboarding flow to fail prematurely. I am communicating with support right now. I will post updates as I have them. Please note we expect this to affect workflows with delays of 5 or more minutes. Cheyenne R. If it's possible, you have the option of decreasing the delay in the meantime.
