Introducing Nadine from Scale Army: Helping Startups Hire Great Remote Talent

Hey everyone! I’m Nadine 👋 I’m with Scale Army, where we help teams hire great remote talent (ops, marketing, sales, support, finance, etc.) without the usual headache. A little about what we do: we help founders find solid, reliable people and handle the sourcing and screening so it’s not a huge time suck. We mostly work with startups and growing teams that are trying to scale without overcomplicating things. Before Scale Army, I worked closely with founders and operators across startups, so this role has been a really natural fit for me — I enjoy helping teams grow and watching things click into place.
