Excited to Join: Insights on Community Management and Gamification

Greetings everyone!! I'm very excited to be in this community! A bit about my professional background: I spent 5+ years in Community Cloud as Sr Director Adoption and Engagement. That's where I first met the esteemed Zach H.! I loved working in the community space until Salesforce made the fateful decision to not invest in Community Cloud. To this day I think it was a bad call! I moved on from Community (aka Experience) Cloud a few years ago to other teams in Salesforce.
