Greetings everyone!! I'm very excited to be in this community! A bit about my professional background: I spent 5+ years in Community Cloud as Sr Director Adoption and Engagement. That's where I first met the esteemed Zach H.! I loved working in the community space until Salesforce made the fateful decision to not invest in Community Cloud. To this day I think it was a bad call! I moved on from Community (aka Experience) Cloud a few years ago to other teams in Salesforce. For any community managers out there I am more than happy to share my POV on Communities, Gamification, and more. Please don't hesitate to reach out. Great to see you here Cesar C.! I worked with Cesar back in the "good old" Lithium days and as he mentions, when he was first at Salesforce supporting community he was great support when I had some speaking gigs at Dreamforce. He is a great resource, smart chap and all-around nice guy.
