also side note: you know I shared this a couple times but:
the event is in PT time.
Iβll have to convert the time since I am currently in Brazil.
My brain tells me our members will see the correct time displayed on their end but my gut never feels good about trusting this feature. π
alright! Iβd be totally fine with hardcoded (single) time + timezone and not the dynamic version.
dynamic time + time zone would be the cherry on top π
Gotcha! I remember now we talked about this before.
I think the most simple solution would be the timezone for both the event card on the website and the slack message e.g. 11:00 AM PT or Pacific Time
Would that be possible?
Hey! QQ: So I was hosting an event and announced it via Tightknit events.
I now realise that the time on the announcement is using my local time (Berlin) and does not mention the timezone.
Pretty confusing! Any chance we can:
1.
decide for the displayed timezone
2.
add the timezone to the times so there is no confusion?
The same is true for both the slack message and the website event
Thanks! cc Zach H.
Hey there!
Whatβs best practice when it comes to Slack invite links?
We are on a free Slack plan & face this issue where these invitation links to our Slack workspace expire every 30 days and we have to manually renew them.
Cam across this setting in Tightknit. Will this link never expire aka solve my problem? π
