Max P. so I'm not sure what you said is actually accurate. I have someone in my slack who responded to a DM yesterday but are still marked as Inactive today. I think the line is an interaction in a public channel. I want to make sure you understand I'm not missing your point because you're correct. I've got a large group and I need to tell them what they need to do to stay in at a minimum. The next step is all the cool Tightknit stuff of rewards and journeys.

Nikki T., would love to hear how you track that 90 days. That is where I want to draw the line as well, but trying to think through a way to manage it.

Max P. - I'm looking for measurable ways to measure active/inactive. So less about my definition and more about a way for me to systemize this.

Thank you. Stephen C. - That document isn't specific enough for what I'm looking for: "An inactive member starts using Slack again" is now considered active. What measurable actions are considered "using Slack"?
