quick question for the hive mind.
iβm working through how we measure outcomes for community events (dinners, meetups, roundtables) and would love to hear what other community practitioners are using.
hereβs what iβve got sketched out so far, but very open to pressure-testing this:
event-level signals
β’ attendance vs. registrations
β’ customer participation + repeat attendance
β’ referrals / peer introductions sparked - hard to measure this...if anyone has suggestions?
β’ NPS
curious what youβre all tracking (or intentionally not tracking) and whatβs actually been useful in practice?
