quick question for the hive mind.
iโm working through how we measure outcomes for community events (dinners, meetups, roundtables) and would love to hear what other community practitioners are using.
hereโs what iโve got sketched out so far, but very open to pressure-testing this:
event-level signals
โข attendance vs. registrations
โข customer participation + repeat attendance
โข referrals / peer introductions sparked - hard to measure this...if anyone has suggestions?
