Measuring Success: Key Metrics for Community Events
hey folks 👋 quick question for the hive mind. i’m working through how we measure outcomes for community events (dinners, meetups, roundtables) and would love to hear what other community practitioners are using. here’s what i’ve got sketched out so far, but very open to pressure-testing this: event-level signals • attendance vs. registrations • customer participation + repeat attendance • referrals / peer introductions sparked - hard to measure this...if anyone has suggestions? • NPS curious what you’re all tracking (or intentionally not tracking) and what’s actually been useful in practice?
