Scott is one of the best jobs-to-be-done thinkers in the industry, and now that his tenure at the big blue cloud company () has come to a close, he’s been gracious enough to explore and decipher the future of community management with us! We are looking for a lucky few to help shape the future of our company and product roadmap.
